Counted. Clearly demarcated white breast/belly colliding with a fully dark blue collar/nape/neck and into the eyes. Orange below jaw and on the forehead. The two outer rectrices were excessively long. They were perched on a wire that crosses the road. The owners at the northeastern house were present and very friendly. No problems with birders hanging around. They were also aware of the birds being "rare ones".
