Continuing bird - seen around 6 pm near ropes course ((33.7786655, -84.4023049)) foraging in canopy in trees in this area. Grayish head with spectacles, whitish throat transitioning to yellow underside/flanks. Distinctive lower wingbar with smaller upper wingbar. Foraging activity greatly decreased as it got later in the day with the bird spending extended periods of time preening/sitting still. Great find originally by Pranav Gokhale.
