Awesome find by Don last week, and nice to see it after dipping in P-Dog Town a week ago. Bird showing nicely near Collin’s pin (41.2675496, -105.6731407). Frequenting ground and brush while I was there. Unmistakable raptor with raven energy. Long and leggy with narrow, paddle-shaped wings. Black cap, red facial skin, bluish bill, white neck, dark body (primaries and secondaries look pretty worn), white rump. Digiscope and camera pics.
