Male was flustered at the beginning and approached me at about 1.5 m while making the call heard at the beginning. At that point I had my mic attached to my belt so I could not point to it in the fear of scaring it but I was able to start the recording. To the other side of the trail was a female with a juvenile so i suspect this was part of a distraction behavior. I only used playback of one or two songs afterwards but it seemed to be ignored and the individual started to sing 1-2 min after it. Normalized at -1 dB. Filtered with a 500-Hz highpass filter with a 3 dB passband attenuation and a 40 dB/decade rolloff.
