One bird flying over canopy as boat approached the beach. Five birds feeding on fruit/seeds of casuarina tree on northern coastline: two birds with bill knobs and 3 without (or small and not seen). Later, 3 birds (either new individuals or more probably from this previous group) (one with large bill knob, one with small bill knob, one without) feeding in breadfruit tree at picnic ground. Distance from casuarina feeding tree to picnic ground 200 m. Calls also heard halfway between picnic site and west end of island.
