Continuing bird, originally found on 8/18 by Eddy Edwards. It was flocking with Common Terns and we thought a very distant flight shot would be our only documentation but then it landed on a channel marker and we were able to see the field marks more clearly. Most distinctive was the black eye patch which did not extend to the nape or head. It had a black bill and orange/yellowish legs. Photos
