First observed by Rene and Christyna Laubach yesterday morning, then also reported by T. Jay Adams, Laurens Halsey and Jeff Szabat. Immature male. Pink to reddish gorget and crown when catching the light, though most views and photos were when bird was in shadows so color a little difficult to discern. Straight bill, large head, green back, flanks and tail. Slightly forward posture when perched. Seemed larger than other hummingbirds in vicinity, though none came close enough for a more accurate view. Diagnostic photos to be attached.
