Not sure what to make of this bird but will review photos… apparently observed by others earlier in the day and even earlier this week. Similar in size to RBGU it was harassing, also fairly thin bill to my eyes and lacking deep “barrel-chested” look usually associated with pom. Honestly in the field I expressed to Mourad I didn't see an issue with it being an odd parasitic. On the other hand, flight was pretty slow (though I think this was a bit superficial since the bird was also gliding quite a bit… more rapid wingbeats picked up when it began chasing gulls/terns), tail was very blunt, lots of white in double underwing flash Edit - upon reviewing photos I can see that the bill looks rather large compared to size of head (which also appears fairly hefty), also has a light pinkish base which contrasts with much darker tip, underwing/sides of belly/utcs are heavily barred, central tail feathers are very rounded. I can also count 6< light primary shafts on outerwing as seen in last photo. General consensus seems to be pom and maybe I'll edit later
