Shape, legs, and beak very much like an ibis, but larger. All brown with heavy white streaking at neck then following down to back with less heavy but larger white splotches. White eye brow line. Appeared to be stabbing bill deep into mud. Presumed continuing rarity. Exact same location as 2022 occurrence. Photos will be uploaded.
