A rarity, so surprised to hear this Magnolia Warbler at home after submitting one at its usual location on Downie Rd May 27th. Did not see the bird though it was singing for nearly 12 minutes, but not very close. An American Redstart song interfered with many of the Magnolia’s songs. Habitat: 5.5 acres with about a half acre yard surrounded by mixed forest, riparian (Candle Creek)
