An AMRO and REVI are singing pretty much throughout. What I believe to be a PHVI is intermittently uttering isolated phrases. It's higher pitched, and the phrasing is more rudimentary than the REVI. I heard it a few minutes early but did not capture a recording. It was actually further away than the REVI (Merlin didn't call it anything). I generally don't count PHVIs by voice only, but this bird's song seemed to be an extreme that would outside the normal range for REVI (although I have become more and more convinced that any vireo species is capable of learning the song of any other vireo species).
