Found by photographer Pat Wenstrup yesterday morning at an unknown location somewhere in Wellington County. After extensive effort by several local birders though out the county today with very little info about location to go on I got extremely lucky and came upon the bird along one of the roads I was checking. Small owl with long legs, and yellow eyes perched on a fence post. Photos to be added!
