White-winged Scoter hanging out with Ruddy Ducks at Pastorius reservoir. La Plata county, CO.

Dark duck with white patch behind and below eye with orange tipped bill. Mostly tucked, but it raised its head a few times to provide good looks, but not long enough to get photo with full head exposed. See photo with head tucked. Thanks to Eric for reporting this earlier today.
