Holy smokes! All downstream of Barrage Hesse packed into a roughly 500m x 100m area of thick willows. Exact count of visible birds but actual number likely much higher. Counted twice. First time here in late afternoon so potential evening feeding roost. Numbers building in area past few weeks.
