ID by sight. Singing from outer canopy of Engelmann Spruce (about 15' above ground) at edge of wet shrubby area (mostly scrub birch). Presumably on territory with at least one other WIWA singing nearby. Initially bird was focused on singing but later began to alternate between singing and preening.
