Self found lifer and rarity for the region! Glad for continuing good views and other to be able to enjoy. Sitting amongst a large flock of BOGO immediately noticed the dark legs compared to near by BOGO pink legs. Head tucked in while resting on the ice. Then turned head to show slim slender and dark but with deep red coloring bill similar to the dark reddish legs. Medium sized gull slightly larger the then the BOGUs. White eye crescents also visible. Hood not quite as far back as BoGU and noticeable browner appearance. Dark black primaries with the faintest of apical spots on p6 and p4 (really non-existent) noted in the folded tail and open wing shots showing dark underside of the primaries as well! Neat to see the blushed pinkish breast. Many photos to be added. Proof pic now
