Second times a charm! Followed previous sightings coordinates and scoured the entire hill. Eventually, see at the bottom of the hill perched atop a shrub along the Rio de Flag. Thinner eye mask where top half of eye can be seen above, and slightly larger than LOSH. Characteristic shrike flight from perch to perch flying low and swooping up to perch.
