Jaeger seen briefly in flight, then for longer while floating on the water. Flight pattern was rather heavy and gull-like rather than tern-like, and while size is difficult to judge, did not have the brutish look or general vibes of POJA which I have seen before. Beak rather long and not particularly thick, and cap does not appear to go below the beak. Medium-confidence ID based on views and pictures.
