Continuing medium-sized sparrow with bright white throat, rufous crown, gray face and side of neck with dark line through eye, and pale unstreaked breast. Called periodically while we were in the area looking at ducks and swans for about 30 minutes, a sweet, somewhat metallic and sharp chip. Happened to get photos when it unexpectedly popped up into a small lone willow at 46.24848° N, 123.42898° W.
