Continuing bird found by Bryn and Josh seen foraging out on the river mudflat. Bird has a larger head and neck and shorter yellow legs than common greenshanks.The shorter legs are clearly visible on photos in flight and the higher knee is clearly visible when bird is foraging. cleaner white underwing and tail is also characteristic clearly visible in flight. No call was heard during the observation.
