Wow! My target for the stop. Parked at the visitor center and almost immediately heard calls after stepping out of the car. Soon after had 3 birds flying down from high up on the mesa, alighting briefly in a tall tree by the parking lot before continuing down the hill. Over the next few minutes, this process repeated with several more singles and groups of 2-3. Poor pics. Life bird!
