Immature, large skua with uniform brown plumage becoming paler towards the head. Plumage didn't appear cold toned to me, but that might have been due to the lighting. It gave great extended views, and seemed unbothered by us for the most part. We had enough time to adjust the boat position for the best sunlight angles. It even extended its wings, showing a uniform dark underwing with a single neat white wing flash thicker near the carpals (rather than barred or mottled white).
