Slow-moving warbler seen foraging in the lower-mid canopy. Dark olive upperparts contrasting with paler underparts with some dark mottling on the face and breast. Broad dark eyestripe contrasting with long supercilum which extended till the nape. One wing bar (formed with pale tips to 3-4 feathers giving the appearance of dots). No crown stripe.
