Continuing rare vagrant. Seen with Trinity Eco Tours Capt’n Dean. After 1.5 hours of searching, I finally spotted it sitting on a cliff in the bay. Large Eagle with white shoulders and massive bill. Watched it for a while. Worth the trip from Toronto :) Will add a photo.
