More frigate birds than I've ever seen in my life. It was huge flock lazily soaring over the area before the entrance of Ft. DeSoto Park. They soared around the area the entire 20 minutes we were there. Easily distinguished from the cormorants by their pointed, narrow wings and forked tails.
