Late. 1st summer(?) bird associating with (and getting bullied by) GWGUs in the harbor. Very ratty, uncertain of ssp.; possible kumlieni/glaucoides? Pale-eyed and with tail/primaries bleached to snow white but feathers so worn/ratty that I'll hold off IDing it beyond species-level pending review of photos and getting some other opinions.
