I am adding on 3-3-24. I found these photos of what I believe it is an Eastern Phoebe, while managing (aka deleting) photos recently on an external hard drive. I recall taking the photo, at the time I noticed it looked a bit unusual. Looking at the photo later in the day I thought it could be a Western Pewee. I posted it as such, I recall being questioned by someone (maybe Mike Paterson?) asking if I had more photos because they suspected Eastern Phoebe. I had only the two relatively poor photos. I did not pursue it and just deleted the bird from my checklist, then forgot about it. Looking at the photos now I am noting the bird has extensive and well defined white throat also primary extension apears too short for WEWP. I don't recall any vocalizations or tail wagging I see this species is not listed on the current OBRC review list. Any review or comments welcome
