Looks much more beautiful than I expected! The photos on Merlin at least don't do it justice. Bright buff tone to the bird, pretty streakings and nice contrast of dark bill and bright buff supercilium. Slightly larger than Paddyfield. One first landed on the road at the bend in front of Honza. We eventually watched 3 birds actively foraging there, sometimes together with sparrows. Brilliant close views. Got to hear multiple vocalisations as well.
