Observed between the fishing pier and the breakwater, feeding and diving repeatedly as it moved the full length of the fishing pier. Observe from 12:20 PM to about 12:40 PM, and later at about 2:20 to 2:35 when it had moved to the opposite side of the pier. Clear views as close as 20 feet. Pale bill, black face, Black throat, white chest with white sides up the neck, gray back, total length nine or 10 inches. Foraging with head down in the water. Quickly chasing small fish.
