**Continuing** Arrived around 10 am, took about 20-30 minutes to locate the bird. Another birder had previously found it that morning and said it was mostly on the ground which was a very helpful clue. After finding it and snapping some pics, I left and returned about an hour later around 11:30 and relocated the bird a second time in approximately the same area. It was mostly feeding on the ground, constantly moving. It was in the vicinity as Juncos and Chickadees, but it wasn't hanging with either of those species. After reviewing my photos, I decided to share a few that showed what it is eating. One photo looks to be a spider or ant and another photo shows a mosquito. The lack of snow at this time is no doubt helpful in its search for insects.
