Frequent rapid drumming heard initially, then again 15 minutes later for ~5 minutes in the distance; use of Merlin sound ID for assistance as this is not a bird I am familiar with. Attempted to get closer, however, the nature trail is not well maintained and is blocked by multiple down trees. Species was reported in the park yesterday.
