Continuing bird initially found this morning at Goleta Beach. Observed with many others. Medium-sized gull with black head, prominent red eyering, pink legs, and a black bill with white at the base and tip. Sitting with nearby WEGUs on Sands Beach. Mostly preening and sleeping until it made a few brief flights just before sunset.
