On rocks west side of parking lot Dark grey backed shorebird with striking yellow legs, lighter eyebrow(supercilium), very long bill and dense barring underneath. First impression was Yellowlegs but bad habitat AND the tail was bobbing up and down a lot Unusual for this time of year Can send a video to the reviewer that shows head better and some behavior. A friend may be able to add photos too
