This Empid did not engage in typical LEFL behavior; though throat not obv. yellow, was potentially a YBFL. In locust trees near dense deciduous forest and tangles; wagged tail repeatedly, but did not flick or shiver wings; 440 PM; watched for 5 mins. Never vocalized, hence the decision to leave it at genus level id.
