Rare. Seen visiting a small puddle in the riverbed near the coordinates of this checklist. Tiny dove with rufous in wings, scaly nape, dark spots on wings, and pink bill with dark tip. Amanda Walker will post photos. This area of the refuge is publicly accessible but the road into the east side is very sandy and generally requires a 4WD vehicle.
