Found by Tom Kerr yesterday. Most likely a returning female off and on from 2013 when Jim Pawlicki first found it along Bird Island Pier, then again at La Salle: 2014, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022. Scaup-like duck with moderate tuft on the back of its head. Photos.
