Downcurved bill with black upper and mostly yellow lower mandible, yellow eye ring, long tail, rich brown above, white below. Sitting on a downed tree branch beside brook. Allowed me to come within 15 feet, maybe closer, without so much as moving until it decided I'd come close enough and it hopped away into deep brush. No nocs necessary. Cropped cell pic.
