These birds were accepted by the CBRC (2007-206). They were seen on both sides of the county line and have already been entered for the Ventura side in a full eBird checklist. I am entering them here on the Santa Barbara county side as an incidental observation. Here are photos of the two birds, albeit from while the were in Ventura County: Manx Shearwaters
