**Very rare, fourth county record. This bird is apparently the same WHIB that was seen landed at Heard’s farm in Wayland Massachusetts yesterday afternoon (https://ebird.org/checklist/S93384704), then later seen flying south (what are the chances!?). I was conducting my usual morning sky watch at the manure piles (this being my first morning birding the yard since May). When at 6:36 I glanced to my right and noticed a mid-sized wader with rapid, deep wing beats heading south at a good clip. I first noticed that it flew like ibis, then I saw that it was white (hard to tell at first since it was silhouetted against the clouds). After my first glance, I grabbed my camera and photographed/watched the bird until it disappeared behind the trees to my south. After my encounter with the bird, we attempted to refind the bird along the Taunton River, but chances are, it continued south towards the coast on its crazy journey. ID: Wader with long downward curved bill, long legs, and broad wings. White plumage overall with smudgy brown head and neck, black wing tips, and dark secondaries (perfect 1st summer bird). When compared to the WHIB in Wayland last evening (https://ebird.org/checklist/S93382048), the patterns on the secondaries look remarkably similar. Leading me to believe these two sightings are of the same bird. If this is the case, this bird flew a little over 35 miles since last evening!
