Estimate. There were likely many more as they were arriving by the tens of thousands today. A video was taken of Eagle Pool from the viewing platform at the refuge entrance. The 10 attached photos were "screen captured" from the video. There is only slight overlap at the edges from one photo to the next. They show a panorama of the number of geese visible from the viewing platform when viewed from left to right. The photo upload limit is 10. There were two additional photos continuing the panorama into the right bank. They show several thousand more geese to the right after the last photo in this sequence.
