Continuing. First seen at 6:36 am with incoming RBGUs. Very contrasting black markings on the neck and top of the wings. Black terminal band. Larger than BOGU, smaller than RBGU, black feet and legs. Showed up again around 9:20. Each time stayed for about 20 minutes before going back up over the spillway
