観察結果の詳細

New yardbird. Heard one calling, then got a visual as it foraged in creekside spruces and white pines. It showed a very obvious white hockey stick pattern on its wings, a long tail, colorful flanks, white nape and messy bib. The chickadee was later joined by one or maybe even two more in the spruces, both/all calling. They were not seen visiting the feeders. Irruption, but a light one so far, with few confirmed reports in SE PA.
