bird found sitting on beach near beach marker C (between Lantana Dr and Avenue G) on morning following passage of Hurricane Hanna (made landfall at Baffin Bay around 5 pm on previous day), observed from 10:47 am to 11:15 am, bird had large yellow-orange (not red) bill, fine black barring across upper parts, long white tail streamer (longer than juvenile but not as long as adult), black eye line/patch that extended to back of head, bird appeared very tired but was seen flapping its wings and appeared alert
