Spotted and clicked by a fellow birder (Roshan Kamath) initially and about an hour later I saw it too, feeding a few feet from a Barred Buttonquail. This is the first time I see this species. We usually get to see Barred Buttonquail around this patch which has some thick tall grass and other thick scrub vegetation in what is primarily a grassy area with several ponds.
