Unseen bird was probably about 40 meters away and 35 meters up in the top of a tall tree along the road about a kilometer beyond the logging camp. Partly to mostly cloudy, calm, 75° F. The sun was down or very nearly so at this point. Equipment Notes: Sennheiser powered using phantom power and with filter in flat position and attenuator off for all recordings. Nagra input set at 2 mV / Pa and low-pass filter in flat position unless noted otherwise.
