Northern Pygmy-Owl. I was hiking on the east side of Mt. Pisgah, east of Eugene, Oregon. The Pygmy-Owl flew to a small tree in front of me. I took several short videos and still photos of this bird for about 20 minutes before it flew away. Elevation: 258 m. Date added to IBC: March 13, 2018.
