***Lifer! Rare, state 4th? Small alcid with black and white mottling and bright red feet. Dove with wings half open. Seen very well at close range with many other birders. Foraged actively and ate pretty well, apparently very healthy. Look carefully at the rocks on the inlet side of the jetty- it'll basically be right below your feet!
