Local birding group announced they'd discovered a Pectoral Sandpiper at Boat Harbour on 14 Jan - so I thought I better go back and check my photos. Sure enough, it's here in a photo from 9 Jan. Brighter yellow base to bill - and more extensive yellow - than nearby Sharp-tailed Sandpiper; blotchier breast pattern. Thank you Macarthur Birders for highlighting this bird!
