FOS Snowy Owl for me (though it looks like there haven't been many reports for this year so far); lightly barred individual was huddling next to a post when I arrived, but it flew off as I tried to re-position myself. As it was flying around the breakwall, about 15-20 (maybe even upwards of 30) gulls were chasing after it. Flew off in the direction of Times Beach/Erie Basin when I lost sight of it.
