Was swimming south of Lower Dam Lake Lowell. Was in with a variation of ducks and Geese. To far out to hear anything but the snow geese and Canadian geese. They appear to be moving with a flock of various water fowl totally migratory. There were all kinds of ducks with them also. See picture included. They are not great but you can determine they are Surf Scoters.
